Welcome to Watts Dental of Apollo Beach. Our new state of the art facility will be opening in August of 2019. We are proud and honored to serve the Apollo Beach community. By choosing Watts Dental, you are making the BEST decision for your dental health.
Our vision has always involved expanding our practice, and Apollo Beach is next on our list. I want to bring to Apollo Beach what the residents of the Lithia/FishHawk/Riverview area have already experienced. I want to help others overcome their fears of dentistry and give back to the community.
In our first year, we have added 1,337 new additions to our Watts Family (Patients), we have already given back over $100,000 to the local community in cash as well as man-hours. We have earned over 300 5-star reviews, added a CBCT (Dental cone beam computed tomography (CT) is a special type of x-ray equipment used when regular dental or facial x-rays are not sufficient. Your doctor may use this technology to produce three dimensional (3-D) images of your teeth, soft tissues, nerve pathways and bone in a single scan.), added a full-time associate (Dr. Koberda), Board-Certified Periodontist (Dr. Sausha), and Board-Certified Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon (Dr. V). We are blessed to have our "Dog-ter" Zeus (ESA Certified) as well as our newest "Dog-ter" Apollo (ESA Certified) for the new location.
I completed Ironman Florida, joined the Campo YMCA Board, VFCC, and many other local organizations.
We are excited about the future of our newest location in Apollo Beach. It will allow us to put smiles on more people's faces with our commitment to excellence in dental services.
I am honored to personally promise that at Watts Dental we will do all we can to make sure you have an outstanding visit. Our team of highly trained and caring people strives every day to exceed your expectations. Our Apollo Beach office will be no different in the way we treat each patient with the utmost care. How to be prepared in case of a dental emergency:
- Know your dentist's phone number
- If you have lost a permanent tooth, keep it wet until you get to the dentist. - if possible place it back into the socket.
- If it is too painful to place the tooth into the socket, keep it between your cheek and gums or place it in milk to try to save it.
- A warm compress will help reduce swelling if you bite your tongue or lip.
- Always rinse with warm water.
- Use floss instead of something sharp if you have something stuck in your teeth.
- Do not place Aspirin on your tooth or gums for toothaches.
- Always wear a mouth guard to protect your teeth during sports.
- Avoid chewing hard candy, ice, and popcorn kernels.
- Do not use your teeth to cut things - use scissors instead.
