No — this is a membership plan, not insurance. You pay a flat monthly or annual fee and receive included services plus discounts on additional care. There are no deductibles, no annual maximums, and no claims to file.
Your benefits begin the day you join. There are no waiting periods — you can schedule your first appointment immediately after signing up.
Yes. Memberships auto-renew monthly and you can cancel at any time. Benefits expire at the end of each plan year, so unused benefits do not roll over.
There is a one-time $75 setup fee plus your first month's payment when you enroll. After that, you are billed monthly (or annually if you choose the annual option).
There is a $25 fee for declined cards. Please ensure your payment information is up to date to avoid any interruption in your membership benefits.
